What's the difference between Effectiveness and Efficiency?
During a training program we were both facilitating, a participant threw this at us. My answer was – "Effectiveness is doing the right things and efficiency is doing things right".
After that session, David challenged my answer. We debated, argued and almost killed each other. However, despite being totally exhausted after a long day of training, we ended up developing an entire model to explain and teach effectiveness and efficiency!
In other words, we had a BrainWave!
It was then that we knew we had the chemistry and synergy to develop relevant training programs. The idea for BrainWave Consultants was conceived.
As they say, the rest is history!
