Associate Trainer

Chong Mun Ching holds an MBA specializing in Human Resources Development. Fondly known as MC Chong, he started his career with a reputable Insurance company and worked for a few giant organizations in Malaysia. He has more than a decade of experience in the training field conducting Sales, Financial Selling Skills, and Leadership Development Programs, i.e. Coaching and Sales Management programs.

Besides training, MC developed many experiential training programs in his previous employment such as Need-based Selling, Relationship Selling, Sales Management, Sales Coaching, all of which are still widely used to-date. The programs designed are practical and tailored to the needs of the organization.

In his career as a trainer, MC has trained thousands of agents, bank staff, agency managers, sales managers and direct sales team. For the past 7 years, he has been actively involved in a major Sales Transformation Program to nurture a sales-oriented and coaching culture at work. MC had his hands full developing Coaching Competency among the managers, designed learning programs and conducting Training Needs Analysis for both Leader and Sales Person to achieve the transformation.

With his passion to train, coach and mentor, he took pains to explore combinations of human resources development methods to help his colleagues achieve their goals, find purposeful meaning in career and life, and most importantly he helped many realize their potential.

MC Chong is also a Sales, Executive and Life Coach.
