Somehow, the 'birth' of BrainWave's website makes me recall our Corporate Fountain of Youth™ program which is related to the growing pains experienced by companies as they grow from infancy to maturity. We are now in the Childbirth stage and I know that there will be growing pains along the way. Being founders of the Corporate Fountain of Youth ™ program, I like to believe that David and I are fully equipped to face and overcome any challenges/growing pains that come along the way. Somehow, being the 'preacher' of soft skills such as communications, leadership, teamwork and others, the expectations that we are able to perform better than other companies are much higher and very real indeed. Our vision is that BrainWave will be a reflection of the modules/programs we conduct, thus making us practitioners and not just theorists. Perhaps this blog will be a good place for us to document BrainWave's Corporate Fountain of Youth ™ development as well…making it a real life case study!
