Valentino is a certified PSMB Trainer and NLP Practitioner who holds a Masters in Business Development and Marketing from Middlesex University, UK and Bachelors in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Washington State University, USA. He has held leadership positions in various organization, raising through the ranks quickly in pursuit of his passion in People Development and Consultancy, Business Development and Sales and Marketing.
Since 2001, Valentino has facilitated programs in areas of teambuilding, sales, communication, self-development, leadership and others. He draws experiences from participants and himself to make learning practical and real. His methodologies include simulation exercise, teamwork, individual presentations and most importantly, lots of experiential learning!
